UPS 2nd Day: 25 USD

  • Order by 3.30pm CST to receive your purchase next business day
  • Delivery between 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday
  • Please note, purchases made after 5.30pm EST on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday

UPS Ground: $10

  • Delivery between 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday
  • Receive your purchase within 3-4 business days

Returns Information

At Hadleigh’s, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of non worn merchandising and any product not on final sale for a full refund or exchange. The following rules apply:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, to begin a return please email Customercare@hadleighs.com.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original packaging.

Custom orders, pre-orders, trunk shows and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 7 days of purchase.

Hadleigh’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Refund Policy

ORDERS & EXCHANGES

Please allow 48 hours for order processing and shipment.

YOU MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT ORDERED ON HADLEIGHS.COM WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM DELIVERY. PRODUCTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. PLEASE SEND THE ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DELIVERY BOX. THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL EXCHANGES.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL SHOP@HADLEIGHS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND REASON FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
GIFTS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Custom orders, pre-orders, trunk shows items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. Merchandise price adjustments are not honored. Refundable amount is the current value of merchandise, unless listed as final sale. Hadleigh’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
