HADLEIGH’S ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Full-price merchandise purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale, bespoke, custom, made-to-order, personalized, altered, special-order, pre-order, and trunk show merchandise is FINAL SALE.
Hadleigh’s reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Please allow 48 hours for order processing and shipment.
YOU MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT ORDERED ON HADLEIGHS.COM WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM DELIVERY. PRODUCTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. PLEASE SEND THE ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DELIVERY BOX. THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL EXCHANGES.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL SHOP@HADLEIGHS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND REASON FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
GIFTS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Custom orders, pre-orders, trunk shows items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. Merchandise price adjustments are not honored. Refundable amount is the current value of merchandise, unless listed as final sale. Hadleigh’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
