All candidates should possess strong knowledge of Shopify and a commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service.

Store Manager

Lead all aspects of a luxury retail environment, including sales performance, team leadership, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong communication, organizational, and clienteling skills. Strong knowledge of Shopify and retail operations is required. 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience required.

Men's Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting while assisting clients with men's apparel, styling recommendations, and wardrobe building. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support sales goals through relationship-driven selling. Strong knowledge of Shopify is required. 3–5 years of luxury retail sales or men's fashion experience required.

Women's Sales Associate

Deliver a personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment by assisting clients with women's apparel, accessories, and styling needs. Maintain store presentation standards and build lasting customer relationships. Strong knowledge of Shopify is required. 3–5 years of luxury retail sales or women's fashion experience required.

Men's Outdoorsman Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment specializing in premium outdoor apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products. Assist clients with product selection, technical features, fit, and styling while building long-term customer relationships through personalized service. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. Strong knowledge of Shopify is required. 3–5 years of luxury retail sales, outdoor apparel, sporting goods, or lifestyle brand experience required. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the outdoors and strong knowledge of premium outdoor brands and products.

Home Sales Associate

Assist customers in selecting luxury home furnishings, décor, gifts, and lifestyle products while providing exceptional service and product expertise. Support merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation. Strong knowledge of Shopify is required. 3–5 years of luxury retail sales or home furnishings experience required.

Marketing Associate

Support the growth of our luxury retail brand through strategic marketing initiatives, social media management, content creation, promotional campaigns, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and results-driven with experience in digital marketing and brand development. Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce marketing is required. 3–5 years of marketing, social media, or luxury retail marketing experience required.
