IN STORE PURCHASES
Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Returns made within 7 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Returns made between 30 days will be Hadleigh’s store credit only.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale, bespoke, custom, made-to-order, personalized, altered, special-order, and trunk show merchandise is FINAL SALE.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
